How the Media reports on Political Mud-Slinging

For some reason mud-slinging coming from the left seems just fine, but when it comes from the right suddenly it is condemned.  Case in point, Congressman Lewis of Georgia first said that Trump's election to the presidency was not legitimize.  More or less implying that he should not be allowed to assume office.  Furthermore the Congressman indicated he would not attend the inauguration of the 45th president.  However, when Trump has the obesity to respond to the unfounded accusations by Rep. Lewis, Trump was accused of an attack on a revered civil rights icon.  What John Lewis did decades ago at the Selma bridge does not, and should not give him the right to hurl unfounded charges against President-elect Trump.  Furthermore, those Trump haters in the liberal press, should give our soon to be president a little breathing room.  Not for his sake, but for the sake of the nation.  Apparently, they are more concerned with attacking Trump, than the well being of the United States as a whole.   SHAME!!!!!
